Unfortunately, postage and packing can never be free, although we do our best to keep costs down for purchasers. We have also tried to simplify the charging structure as much as possible. The options we currently carry are:
Standard Delivery (3-5 days)
Items will be sent via Royal Mail, or courier where applicable.
Collection in Person (subject to agreement in advance)
We are based in Penarth so if you live or work in the local area and would prefer to collect your purchase/s from our store to avoid a delivery charge then please select the 'collect in person' option at the check out. After you have placed your order, we will e-mail you to confirm a suitable date for collection that suits both parties. Store opening hours are 9.30am - 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

Advice on Deliveries to Hospitals, Care Homes, Hotels, Universities etc
Please be aware of the following paragraph from our Terms and Conditions:
Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered successfully when the Deliverer obtains confirmation of the receipt of such goods from a person at the stated delivery address, which includes Goods delivered to reception, general enquiries or such like facilities at large commercial premises, hospitals, care and residential homes, schools, universities, government and local government buildings, as well as to other institutions and office buildings not otherwise listed here. Please bear in mind that, despite best endeavours, and for very good reasons, the Deliverer might not always be able to gain entry to an exact room, hospital or care ward or residential facility.
This is because deliveries to these addresses are often made to a central reception or other delivery point and so it is not possible for us to be responsible for the response of members of staff at the company, hotel, hospital, school or university concerned.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the delivery address of the arrival of a package (and our best advice is that notice of such is given to the delivery address in advance of purchase, or as soon as possible after purchase. Although we will always try to help you to locate a gift which has not been received by the recipient, we must consider that our involvement and responsibility finish on proof of delivery to the central delivery point -not the recipient- being obtained by the Deliverer.
We advise that you check that a receipient who is in hospital as a patient will not be discharged prior to delivery, since it will be difficult for it to be located & collected should the patient have left.
Customers are advised to refer to our Terms & Conditions in the context of the above processes.
