Not Socks Again (NSA) is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information which we request to enable you to use or access any part of this website will be for the purposes of identification only; we will always seek to maintain this policy, and the version of it which is available on our website at any time is that which is in place at that time. If you ask us for details of any changes made we will provide them gladly, and you may change your personal information and how we use it at any time.

We may also offer you the opportunity to opt out of registering to subscribe to receive occasional updates or customer surveys from us. We may opt to reserve particular offers or information for subscribers. Subscribers will not receive normally more than one update a month, as a maximum.

Normally we would ask all customers for the following information:

  • Customer's name, address, contact information (including email address), postcode;
  • Recipient's name, address, contact telephone number (for delivery only) and postcode;
  • Other general information relevant to our conducting our business, for example, notice of allergies, dietary preference, etc.

Customers paying online will need to use a valid credit or debit card; we will never use this for any purpose outside of the transaction and the related Terms and Conditions associated with it.

We do not share information, and will not do so in future without seeking your consent first (unless we are required to do so by law). The information we keep is stored securely for business purposes, although we may dispose of it securely in accordance with our data retention policy.

If you believe that any information we may be holding is incorrect, please contact us by email or in writing as soon as possible.

In the event than a link to an external website is accessed by a customer via our website you should be aware that we cannot be responsible for any content that such a site may contain, nor for the security or privacy of any information which you choose to share with that third party. You are advised always to review the relevant policy statements of any external site which you access.
